ABOUT The Gyrotonic Method is a unique movement modality that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength. Gyrotonic exercise sequences are composed of spiraling, circular movements which flow together with corresponding breath patterns.  

SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT Gyrotonic utilizes specialized equipment that moves with the body— simultaneously providing feedback and support. Gyrotonic is low impact, and can be helpful in rehabilitating from injuries and dealing with chronic pain.   It’s ideal as cross-training for athletes, dancers, musicians--anyone who uses their body as a medium to communicate.  It's a wonderful support pre and postpartum—and is great for anyone who sits in a chair most of the day, and wants to reset their spine and nervous system.
